SeeBox for Electronics Engineering Education

[one_half_last valign=”middle”]

Seebox was uniquely designed with engineering education in mind. It is diverse enough to teach the basics of electronics in a fun and practical way, but also powerful enough, containing 6 measurement instruments, to measure the outcomes of the experiments in real time.

Seebox was designed to address the world-wide shortage of electronic (and software) engineers. It offers learners the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of electronic engineering – without having an electronics teacher.

Seebox in the Electronics Classroom

Seebox comes with a library of computer-animated educational videos explaining the principals of electronics in a practical and very entertaining way to learners aged 12 and up, of all skill levels.  After watching a video teaching a basic principle in electronics, the learners will apply what they have learned on a Playboard – the ecosystem of Playboards are a collection of electronic boards that enables learners to experiment and learn the principals of electronics, using real components.

Seebox also comes standard with a unique lock mechanism, so it can be installed in classroom facilities where students can access the Seebox unattended, leaving it safe and secure. Seebox supports both Android devices and Windows operating system. Students can bring their preferred device, connect it and run their tests in a jiffy.

Distance Learning

Seebox has a patented Learner ID system, that allows for distance learning and practical exams to be performed in remote locations. While working, the Seebox keeps track of the learner’s progress. Parents or employers receive monthly progress reports.

Students can use it at home to learn and experiment on their own, and with the data from the Learner Management System a student can prove to potential employers their practical proficiency in electronics.
